Position‑Care Partner (PRN)

Location: Kent, Ohio

Starting Wage: $18‑$20 per hour

Shift

Schedule:

As needed, pick up shifts

• Advocate empathy—create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.

• Proactive—assist residents with ADL activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care).

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude; love residents.
• Computer skills—print documents and enter resident information.
• Active—stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
• Lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
