Location: Kent, Ohio
Starting Wage: $18‑$20 per hour

As needed, pick up shifts
- Advocate empathy—create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.

- Proactive—assist residents with ADL activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care).
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
- Positive, energetic attitude; love residents.
- Computer skills—print documents and enter resident information.
- Active—stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
- Lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
