Responsibilities:- Transport Residents Safely
:
Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and medical procedures, ensuring their dignity and well-being at all times. - Provide Emotional Support
:
Offer emotional support and reassurance to residents during transportation, providing a calming presence in potentially stressful situations. - Maintain Vehicle and Equipment
:
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of transportation vehicles and equipment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. - Monitor and Report
:
Monitor and report any incidents, near-misses, or concerns during transportation, promoting a culture of safety and open communication. - Collaborate with Care Team
:
Work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized transportation plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. - Maintain Confidentiality
:
Treat resident information with discretion and respect, adhering to all confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
