We’re looking for a talented and driven Microsoft 365 Cloud Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 environments. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions that make a real impact.

IP you must be able to multi-task, like working on a variety of issues and be able to clearly explain complex issues to anyone- regardless of their level of computer expertise. The willingness to follow procedure and to fully document efforts is a must.

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, and Intune.
• Configure and maintain security and compliance features such as Conditional Access, DLP, and MFA.
• Configure and maintain Azure infrastructure, such as Windows Servers, networking, and storage accounts.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and industry trends.

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong understanding of Entra  (Azure Active Directory), Exchange Online, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Power Shell scripting for automation and management.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
