About the Role:

You will gain insight into the operations, build relationships with employees and clients, and gradually assume full leadership responsibilities. This position offers the chance to take over and lead a thriving remodeling company with a dedicated team and a solid client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the current owner to understand business operations, company culture, and strategic goals
    .
  • Develop strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and long‑standing clients.
  • Oversee daily business functions, including project management, sales, financials, and customer service.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvement, and expansion.
  • Eventually, assume full leadership and ownership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling, construction management, or a similar industry.
  • Proven leadership and business management skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A passion for craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and driving business success.
