This position is located at Kent (44240), Streetsboro (44241), Cuyahoga Falls (44223), Stow (44236), Solon (44139), Fairlawn (44313), Hudson (44236), Tallmadge (44310).

• Competitive Compensation – 1st year annual compensation of $50,000‑$54,277 with an average 45‑hour work week.

In our structured program, you’ll learn to master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You’ll serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, while building community relationships essential to growing your own business.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with one.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years and no drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years (DWI/DUI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
