Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Director About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives for our growing in‑house brands. The position will report directly to CEO. This role will drive brand awareness, product demand, and customer engagement across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate understands consumer trends in electronics, stationery, and more and is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment.
Able to oversee external agencies to expand the resourcefulness for all organizational marketing needs. This is a unique opportunity to impact emerging brands within the organization and establish a foothold as the key Marketing leader. Lots of room for growth, promotion, and more!
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across packaging, website, digital content, and in‑store merchandising.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Partner with product development to bring consumer insights into product roadmap and assortment strategy.
- Drive eCommerce growth by optimizing product pages, content, and conversion across company website and marketplace platforms.
- Manage influencer marketing programs and brand partnerships to expand reach and strengthen credibility.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities within the home goods category.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting on ROI, channel performance, and customer behavior.
- Manage marketing budget, external agencies, and creative vendors.
- Support sales and retail partners with marketing collateral, merchandising tools, and promotional assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of marketing experience; consumer products, electronics, and eCommerce experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends in relevant areas.
- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation platforms, and social advertising tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual branding and storytelling.
- Trend‑forward and passionate about consumer brands.
- Both analytical and creative—with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and seasonal timelines.
