What Does a Team Member Do?- Serve our sizzling burgers to hungry customers.
- Welcome the customer, take accurate orders and manage their payments operating a cash register.
- Keep restrooms, dining area and kitchen clean and meet safety and health standards.
Our stores get flaming busy! Team Members must work as a team in a fast‑paced environment to keep guests happy and full. Your part of the effort includes packaging food and drinks, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
We always want our customers to be happy, so you may have to answer a question or resolve issues every once in a while.
Qualifications- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with your team.
- Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time.
- Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing.
- Ability to communicate and read.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching.
