Join Shoe Sensation! We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our wonderful team. The role involves selling shoes to customers and managing the sales team. • Greet customers and guide them through the shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales using the computer, take cash, handle credit card transactions, and apply discounts.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Keep store neat and clean.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training the store sales team.
• Assist with coaching and discipline of the store sales team.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Prepare and make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set up the sales floor as it arrives.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times alone in the store.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.
