We are seeking a hardworking, dependable Laborer to join our SAGE Fence team. This role involves supporting fencing installation projects by performing physical labor, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring job sites are clean and safe. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

• Assist with the installation and repair of various types of fencing, including chain link, ornamental, wood, and security barriers.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Dig post holes, mix and pour concrete, and set fence posts.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as augers, saws, and compactors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support the crew in all aspects of job site preparation and clean-up.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• 2+ years of experience in fencing, construction, or a related field.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• Must be dependable, organized, and committed to high-quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
