Position Overview:

SAGE Fence is seeking a reliable and hardworking Operator to join our growing operations team. As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and tools used in the production and installation of fencing systems. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic.

• Operate machinery and tools to fabricate, cut, or install fence materials
• Read and follow project plans or supervisor instructions to meet quality standards
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and site setup
  
  Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
• Communicate with team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in equipment operation
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. CDL license preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• OSHA 10 & 30 preferred
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check
