Position: School Administrator (Term Time)
School Administrator Term-time only | 8:00am - 3:30pm | Plus 5 INSET days and 5 additional working days Looking for a rewarding administrative role with the benefit of school holidays? We're recruiting for an organised, professional and personable School Administrator & PA to the Headteacher to join a friendly and supportive school. This is a varied position where you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the school, providing high-level administrative support while acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors.

The role:

Managing the busy school reception and handling enquiries PA support to the Headteacher Coordinating Governing Board meetings, agendas and minutes Maintaining pupil records and updating school systems Supporting school communications, events and trips General office administration and day-to-day school operations

About you:

Previous administration or PA experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Friendly, professional and approachable Able to prioritise a busy workload and work with discretion Confident using Microsoft Office Previous experience within a school would be advantageous but is not essential.
