This role requires more than a traditional administrator. The successful candidate will be a confident decision-maker, a strong communicator and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and continuous improvement are key.
Key Responsibilities Manage and support a small administration team Oversee the day-to-day running of the office Manage incoming communications and enquiries efficiently Handle HR-related queries and support HR processes Work closely with a newly appointed HR Advisor Coordinate multiple communication workflows across the business Maintain effective diary and schedule management Ensure document control procedures are followed accurately Support compliance requirements, including ISO standards Identify and implement process improvements Analyse issues and escalate where necessary Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders About You The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Senior Administrator or similar role Experience managing or supervising a small team Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good technical and systems skills, ideally including HR systems The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach Personal Attributes The business is looking for someone who is:

Hours:
