A well-established asbestos consultancy in Maidstone is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload. The role is primarily domestic surveying, offering a stable, well-organised position with strong benefits and long-term security.

The Role
Carrying out asbestos surveys, primarily on domestic properties
Undertaking analytical duties where required
Producing clear, accurate survey and analytical reports
Ensuring all work complies with HSG
264, HSE guidance, and company procedures
Communicating professionally with clients and internal teams
Requirements
BOHS P402 (essential)
BOHS P403 & P404 (desirable)
Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor or Surveyor / Analyst
Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
Full UK driving licence
