Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of site operations
* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
* Managing subcontractors and site workforce
* Coordinating deliveries and site activities

Requirements:
* First Aid at Work
* Black CSCS or Gold CSCS Card
* Proven experience as a Site Manager (ideally within waste, civils, or industrial projects)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to start immediately
