Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - Maidstone

Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £41,000

Contract:

Permanent | Full-time

A long-established asbestos consultancy based in Maidstone is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a consistently busy and expanding workload. The position is predominantly domestic surveying, offering a stable, well-structured role with excellent benefits and genuine long-term security.

The Role

Carrying out asbestos surveys, primarily within domestic properties

Undertaking analytical duties where required

Producing clear, accurate, and compliant survey and analytical reports

Managing workload effectively while maintaining high technical standards

Ensuring all work complies with HSG
264, HSE guidance, and internal procedures

Communicating professionally with clients and internal colleagues

About You

BOHS P402 (essential)

BOHS P403 & P404 (desirable)

Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor or Surveyor / Analyst

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

Professional, organised approach to work

Full UK driving licence
