Project Quantity Surveyor

A leading UK construction consultancy are now seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team based in Kent. This Project Quantity Surveyor role offers full quantity surveying involvement across live construction projects, providing clear responsibility and client-facing surveying services. The Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project and delivery teams, supporting commercial control and cost management.

The Role

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects from pre-contract through to final account, supporting clients with accurate commercial and contractual advice.

The role will include:

Providing full quantity surveying services on construction projects
Cost planning, estimating and budget control
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
Contract administration and change management
Valuations, variations and final accounts
Preparing cost reports for clients and stakeholders

The Project Quantity Surveyor?

You will be a capable Project Quantity Surveyor with experience in the UK construction market. Applications from non-construction backgrounds will not be considered.

The Project Quantity Surveyor must have:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
Demonstrable project experience within UK construction
Strong understanding of standard forms of contract
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams
Progress toward MRICS or equivalent professional qualification

In return……?

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
