We are currently working with a highly regarded commercial fit-out contractor based in Dartford who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Service Manager as part of their continued growth.
This is a senior appointment and a key role within the business, offering genuine influence over technical delivery across multiple commercial fit-out projects.
The Opportunity The successful candidate will take full ownership of the technical function, working closely with pre-construction, project delivery teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are technically sound, fully coordinated, and delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
 
Managing technical design and coordination from pre-construction through to handover
Reviewing and overseeing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
Acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
Coordinating architectural, M&E, and specialist packages to ensure buildability and compliance
Identifying and managing technical risk across live projects
Supporting project teams during construction, commissioning, and final handover
Ensuring compliance with current building regulations, health & safety standards, and best practice  Candidate Profile  
Proven experience in a Technical Manager / Technical Services role within commercial fit-out or interiors
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, M&E coordination, and building regulations
Comfortable managing consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
Highly organised, commercially aware, and solutions-focused
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels  What’s on Offer
