The Role – Senior Estimator
You’ll be responsible for the successful setup and running of all aspects of tenders, while supporting the wider pre-construction team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing tenders and budgets to secure future projects

• Managing pre-construction matters effectively and efficiently

• Building and maintaining strong subcontractor and client relationships

• Assisting in keeping project costs competitive and commercially viable

• Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team

• Taking a more strategic and client-facing role within the business
