Skilled Careers is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-phased residential development in Kent. You will manage day-to-day on-site operations, coordinate site teams, and ensure safety, programme performance and high build quality.
The role requires a proven track record in volume house building, SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid at Work and NHBC experience or willingness to obtain; a driving licence is essential.
