Salary: £270 - £350 DOE

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new build and refurbishment car showroom project.

Essential requirements:

Proven experience delivering car showroom/dealership projects
Strong track record managing live construction sites from start to finish
Excellent leadership, programme management and H&S knowledge
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain high-quality standards

SMSTS
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Previous experience on steel frame new build projects, car show rooms is essential
