About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the team of a family run house builder based in the South East who focus on projects valued between 10-30 units. They have been in the construction industry for over 15 years and are currently in the process of expanding their offices.

They are seeking commercial support on 2 upcoming projects, one valued at £6m and another at £2m. You will be office based in Meopham 5 days a week with occasional site visits. You will be joining a business looking to continue their steady growth and own the majority of their sites.

Key Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor

Include but not limited to:

Help with measuring packages
Chase quotations
Handle subcontractor payments
Assist with programming
Handle budgets
Help with tenders
Complete valuations at the end of the month

Key Requirements for Quantity Surveyor

Live within commutable distance to Meopham
Experience at a house builder managing the whole construction process from procurement to final accounts
Ideally degree educated in a construction related subject
UK drivers licence
