The role focuses on taking ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, with close collaboration with commercial and operational teams to ensure robust pricing across a range of civil works.

The successful candidate will have proven estimating experience in civil engineering, strong cost awareness, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, with knowledge of Kent/South East
