Keep the internal system up to date with communications to customers. Keep customers up to date on the progression of their works Collect, collate and analyse data on customer enquiries and complaints. We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, including strong listening abilities and the capacity to manage conflict resolution effectively.
An understanding of and empathy for customer issues is crucial, along with maintaining composure and patience, particularly in challenging situations. Strong problem-solving skills enable the identification and resolution of customer problems efficiently, while adaptability and flexibility are key in managing a wide range of customer enquiries. Excellent organisational skills are important, along with being comfortable with technology, specifically Microsoft Office including Excell
