Gorilla Jobs is working with a well-established mixed practice in Kent. We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join their experienced and supportive teams.

This is an opportunity for a dentist who is looking for a clinic with long term growth potential, with genuine opportunities to develop their private dentistry, broaden their clinical skill set and work alongside experienced clinicians.

About the practice

The practice is predominantly private, with approximately 70% of the dentistry now private. The group is continuing to grow its private offering while gradually reducing its NHS commitments.

The practice has established patient bases, meaning you will be joining a busy existing book rather than starting from scratch.

The clinical environment is modern and well equipped, with digital workflows, intraoral cameras and access to CT scanning across the group.

There is also excellent access to specialist support, with clinicians working across:

• Orthodontics
• Endodontics
• Periodontics
• Implantology
• Sedation
• General and restorative dentistry

This creates a strong environment for dentists who want to develop particular areas of interest, learn from experienced clinicians and gradually expand the range of treatment they provide.

• GDC-registered Dentist
• Comfortable providing general dentistry
• Patient-focused and committed to high-quality clinical care
• Interested in developing their private dentistry
• Keen to continue developing clinically
• Good communicator who works well as part of an established team
• Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term position
• Someone who values stability, continuity and strong patient relationships
