The school caters to children and young people with a diagnosis of Autism, communication and interaction difficulties, and physical and sensory needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with these SEN needs and be able to plan and support children to progress in line with their EHCP targets.

Requirements of the SEN Teacher role:

Degree in any subject
QTS (ECTs & NQT encouraged to apply)
Planned and covered lessons to primary ages / SEN students
Hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
Experience working with children or adults with Autism and/or communication needs and/or sensory needs

Monday-Friday
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Paid to pay scale
Temp to perm opportunities
Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with children's EHCPs
Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of students
Collaborate with colleagues to provide effective support
