The Supply Register is currently recruiting qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to work on a flexible supply basis across primary schools throughout Kent.

We work in partnership with the Leigh Academies Trust and Swale Academies Trust

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons within Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on your experience and the needs of the school.

• Adapt quickly to different school environments while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

• Follow school policies and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the school day.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff, and parents where appropriate.

To be considered, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

• Experience teaching within UK primary schools.

• Experience in Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 – you do not need experience across all primary age groups.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
