An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join a well-established consultancy based in North Kent on a contract basis.

This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, with flexible hybrid working available.
The successful candidate will play a key role in producing accurate structural Revit models and coordinated construction documentation while working closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project delivery is completed to a high standard.

The Role

· Producing precise and well-coordinated structural Revit models

· Generating detailed plans, sections, schedules, and construction documentation from Revit models

· Collaborating closely with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection

· Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure drawings meet both internal and industry standards

· Contributing to Revit families, templates, and BIM protocols

· Supporting the development of BIM workflows and promoting best practices across the wider team

Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Structural Revit Technician role

· Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with excellent knowledge of structural detailing and coordination

· Good understanding of UK building regulations, detailing conventions, and BIM standards

· Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities
