Circa £400 per day (flexible depending on experience)

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for 6 experienced Site Managers with a strong civils background and some MEICA knowledge to join a major water infrastructure programme across Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved from the very start of the project, playing a key role in delivering multiple schemes including new civils builds, chemical dosing installations, and water treatment works.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day site activities
Deliver civil engineering works safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
Support coordination of MEICA elements alongside civils works

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering
Background in the water or wastewater sector
Working knowledge of MEICA
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
