A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance operating within a confidential and strategic environment.

This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly into senior stakeholders and offering genuine influence across the business. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading the finance function through an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring strong financial governance and controls
• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Provide commercial insight and strategic financial support to senior leadership
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, and performance analysis
• Oversee statutory reporting, audit processes, and regulatory compliance
• Drive process improvement and continuous enhancement of financial systems and reporting
• Partner with operational leaders to support business growth and profitability

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience operating at a senior finance leadership level
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
• Highly professional with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
