THE ROLE We're recruiting an experienced Financial Administrator to join a growing independent financial planning firm based in beautiful countryside near Maidstone. This is a genuine career opportunity with a clear pathway to becoming a Junior Paraplanner. You'll work across administration and paraplanning duties, supporting a small team of experienced advisers. The role offers dedicated mentorship, study support, and the chance to progress toward professional qualifications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Client administration and case management Preparing financial planning documentation and suitability reports Supporting the adviser team with research and technical queries Database management and compliance administration Gradually taking on paraplanning projects under supervision Contributing to client meetings and planning sessions ABOUT THE COMPANY An independent financial planning firm with experienced advisers, and ambitious growth plans. They serve a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, trustees, and families.
