We're recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a leading FMCG business on an immediate-start 4-month contract. This role will support the Accounts Payable, Trade Spend, and Credit Control teams, handling high-volume finance administration and transactional processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Support invoice processing, tracking, and query resolution
- Maintain finance records, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Assist with Trade Spend administration and reconciliations
- Process invoices, credit notes, and customer documentation requests
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Administration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good Excel skills
- SAP experience advantageous but not essential
