This role combines hands‑on, person-centred care with the added responsibility expected from an experienced member of the care team.
Jobdescription
As a Senior Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you'll remain closely involved in delivering care while acting as a positive example for other team members. You'll understand the individual care plans, routines and clinical guidance in detail and help support consistency across our packages. This is a mobile role, requiring travel across South Kent, providing essential support where it is needed most.
Working independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care is delivered to every client.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous hands‑on experience with:
- PEG feeding and gastrostomy care
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Ventilation support
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the travel requirements of this position.
ShiftsTypically 3- 12 hour day or night shifts, with optional overtime available.
