Nigel Frank is supporting a well-established UK-based organisation in their search for a Business Systems Developer to join their growing IT function. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic business environment, supporting the development of internal systems and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity across multiple teams.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and document functional and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint, and other automation tools.
• Drive process digitisation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across the organisation.
• Build user-friendly applications, workflows, and dashboards aligned with business needs.

• Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow digitisation, and business process improvement.
• Experience building automation solutions to streamline operational processes.
