Nigel Frank is supporting a well-established UK-based organisation in their search for a Business Systems Developer to join their growing IT function. • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and document functional and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint, and other automation tools.
• Drive process digitisation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across the organisation.
• Build user-friendly applications, workflows, and dashboards aligned with business needs.

• Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow digitisation, and business process improvement.
• Experience building automation solutions to streamline operational processes.
