Modular Supervisor
Hours:
Monday to Friday Days
Salary: £48,087
My client, a leading supplier of high-quality temporary buildings, are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team. The Supervisor will be responsible for a small team, working hands-on to construct modular buildings in line with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities- Carrying out and overseeing refurbishment and reconfiguration works to existing buildings
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring materials, labour and daily tasks are organised efficiently
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, enforce health and safety
- Provide regular progress updates to the Operations Manager
- Strong background in modular construction, fit-out, or general building works
- Experience leading a small team
- Work from drawings and can motivate your team
- Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance
- Valid CSCS card with SSSTS is desirable
