This role is suited to a candidate with a strong background in HVAC and commercial fit-out projects, who can take full ownership of project delivery, commercial performance, and client relationships. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Mechanical and Fit-Out projects from start to finish (£50k - £1.5m).
Take full commercial responsibility for profit and loss of installation contracts. Support pre-construction and design teams with tenders and estimates. Oversee delivery, commissioning, and handover procedures in line with agreed quality plans. Resolve contractual and technical issues as they arise. Manage external contractors and site teams. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Prepare Health & Safety documentation and submit to the Compliance Team for approval.
Compile and submit project documentation, including Operation & Maintenance manuals. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience delivering HVAC projects on time and within budget. Strong background in commercial fit-out projects. Contract management experience. Valid CSCS Card - Essential. Relevant Health & Safety training. Management experience within HVAC / Building Services installations. Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical Building Services. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
SALARY & BENEFITS Salary:
