One of the leading players in the packaging graphics and brand management sector has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Account Manager to be based at a prestigious client’s head office. You will be joining its dynamic team of fellow account managers, designers, workflow specialists, colour specialists and printing experts.

• Oversee customer service activities relating to the supply of client’s goods and services to this major blue chip client; upholding and developing the client relationship whilst ensuring consistent quality of work produced.
• Prioritise various tasks in conjunction with interpersonal and client service skills.
• Deliver customer service based on measurable key performance indicators and quality control; demonstrate influencing skills and lead the client’s decision‑making.

• Good understanding of reprographics and print or packaging.
• Influencing skills and ability to lead the client’s decision‑making.
• Residence in the United Kingdom and recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
