About the Role
This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where you will pack fresh produce across a variety of production lines. You will ensure products meet customer quality standards while working to line speed targets and supporting the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Pack products in line with customer specifications and quality standards.
* Work to set targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
* Identify and report any quality issues or machine concerns.
* Maintain a “right first time” approach to minimise waste and rework.
* Follow all health & safety, hygiene and PPE requirements.
* Keep work areas clean and organised (clean as you go).
* Support team performance and assist with training new starters.
