Our client is seeking an Events & Marketing Coordinator to support a busy calendar of industry events, grower meetings, customer engagement days, and trade-facing activity across the UK fresh produce sector. You will coordinate event logistics, liaise with venues and suppliers, manage timelines, and support promotional activity around key campaigns. Alongside events, the role includes supporting broader marketing activity such as content coordination, digital communications, internal updates, and brand-led messaging.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring strong organisation and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

Our client operates at the heart of the UK fresh produce supply chain, working closely with growers, producer groups, and commercial partners. They are a member-led, operationally driven organisation with a strong emphasis on collaboration, quality, and industry engagement.

• Experience in events coordination, marketing support, or communications
• Comfortable working within food, agriculture, or fresh produce environments
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident liaising with suppliers, venues, and internal teams
• Willing to travel to industry events and grower locations as required
