Regional Nurse Manager (Complex Care) - Covering East & South Kent Full Time: 37.5 hours per week plus additional hours to meet the needs of the business, (Office and Field Based) We are seeking experienced and ambitious Nurse to join our Complex Care leadership team as a Regional Nurse Manager This is an exciting opportunity for a current Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse Leader ready to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Registered Manager and working closely with the Director of Clinical Operations, you will lead and support our team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors while ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, governance and safeguarding across the region. You will maintain a small caseload of Clients. What you'll be doing

• Providing leadership, guidance and support to Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors.
• Driving quality, governance and safeguarding standards across complex care packages.
• Supporting service growth, package mobilisation and relationship management with commissioners and stakeholders.
• Leading audits, investigations, clinical reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring operational performance and supporting teams to achieve KPIs.
• Acting as a clinical role model and champion for best practice.
