Pay Rate: £300.31 Per Day

Job

Job Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of council-owned properties within the Bromley area

Provide professional estate management and surveying advice

Undertake property inspections and condition assessments

Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews and negotiations

Support asset management and regeneration projects

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal departments

Prepare reports and maintain accurate property records

Person Specification

Must-Have Requirements

Relevant qualification in Estate Management, Surveying or a related field

Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. RICS) or working towards membership

Experience in estate or asset management within a local authority or similar environment

Strong knowledge of property legislation and regulations

Ability to manage a varied property portfolio independently

Good communication and negotiation skills

Nice-to-Have Requirements

Experience working within a housing or regeneration setting

Knowledge of public sector governance and compliance processes

Experience preparing committee reports or presenting to stakeholders
