Carry out accurate and competitive property valuations, providing vendors with professional advice on pricing and marketing Win new instructions by building strong relationships and converting valuations into listings Provide expert advice on the best marketing strategy to maximise exposure and achieve the best possible sale price Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and following up valuation opportunities Monitor local market activity, property trends and competitor listings to identify new opportunities Work closely with the branch team to maximise sales opportunities and contribute to the overall performance of the office What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential estate agency, ideally within a valuation or listing role Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations into new business Strong knowledge of the local residential property market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident building rapport with vendors and developing long-term relationships Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving sales and commission targets Self-motivated, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or willingness to use a company car Is this the role for you?
