New Homes Sales Advisor

Our client, one of the UK's largest and most successful house-builders, are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to help sell a scheme of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom family homes near Dymchurch, Kent (TN28).

The site is open 7 days a week and the successful applicant will be working double-manned, based from the sales suite, on a 10am to 5pm, five days a week basis, which will include weekends (with two days off during the week).

Duties will include:

• Meeting, greeting and financially qualifying potential purchasers
• Demonstrating units and selling to needs
• Taking reservations
• Sales progression
• Reporting on sales vs target
• Conducting Market Research

And as Sales Adviser, you will also benefit as you will be paid commission on all up-grades and extras.
