About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to design and sell high-quality kitchens and bedrooms while delivering an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding clients from initial consultation through to final design, combining strong sales ability with technical design knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and present kitchens and bedrooms using CAD software (Articad & KBB Connect)
Create accurate and practical residential kitchen and bedroom designs
Conduct home visits as part of the design and sales process
Apply installation knowledge to ensure designs are deliverable
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements /
Skills:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience designing kitchens and bedrooms (essential)
Proven installation knowledge of kitchens and bedrooms
Strong sales background with a record of achieving targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, personable, and professional approach
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and to deadlines
Strong organisational and time management skills
Full, clean UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
Flexibility to work Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu
