. In this very exciting new role you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client journey by supporting client satisfaction, revenue goals and sales performance.

• Client Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow‑up; proactively manage online reviews and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Revenue Growth: Maximize clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management; manage stock accurately, including AWI deductions; drive and convert consultations with strong upselling and cross‑selling; meet KPIs for consultation success, walk‑in conversions, and average spend; ensure a seamless check‑in/out journey for every client.

• Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or a similar role.
