Location:

Ashford, Kent
Salary: £32,000 basic, plus uncapped commission

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
Working Pattern:
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join a growing commercial team in Ashford. You will be selling a range of subscription based information, compliance and business support products, helping UK businesses and professional advisers access practical tools, advice and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B business, develop customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
Make outbound calls and follow up warm leads and enquiries.
Build and develop relationships with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products and services.
Manage and develop your sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Identify opportunities for additional sales.

Person Specification

Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales or business development.
Experience selling subscription based products or services would be advantageous.
Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, resilient and target driven.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
