New Homes Sales Consultant

A leading UK house builder is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to cover developments across the Ebbsfleet, Northfleet and Dartford area, you will be based on one site in these areas.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson looking to build a long-term career with an established and highly regarded house builder. With a £50,000 OTE, commission on bespoke extras and multiple developments to work across, this role offers excellent earning potential and career progression.

The business has a strong presence across the UK and is continuing to invest in its sales operation, customer journey and digital offering.

Start: £30,000-£32,000 basic | £50,000 OTE

• Proven track record in target-driven sales
• Confident managing customers from enquiry through to completion
• Strong closing, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercially driven and motivated by commission
• Comfortable working weekends
• Full UK driving licence and able to travel between sites
• Available to start ASAP

• £30,000-£32,000 basic
• £50,000 OTE
• 5% commission on bespoke extras
• Mileage expenses where applicable
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Hours: 10am-5pm, with an expectation to be on site from 9:30am. Weekend working is required, with single-person sites closed Tuesday and Wednesday
