Position Summary

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter to join a busy and well-supported operation covering the Kent area. This role is ideal for a competent engineer looking for strong earnings, structured working hours, and long-term stability.

Main Duties

Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of heavy plant machinery
Diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Attend site breakdowns and carry out effective repairs
Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Ensure all work complies with health & safety requirements

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working on heavy plant or construction equipment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
Full UK driving licence
Relevant qualifications or solid hands-on experience

Working Hours & Rota

Monday to Friday as standard
Saturday rota (paid accordingly / agreed rotation)
No excessive call-outs or unrealistic workloads
