A minimum of three years post‑qualifying experience in a Local Authority setting, plus a full UK driving licence and access to a business‑insured vehicle.

• Work collaboratively with multi‑agency teams to deliver coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide professional advice and support to colleagues and partner organisations.
