Position: Children's Team Manager- CWD [MCC]
Our Client, a Greater Manchester council, is seeking a Team Manager to join their Children with Disability Team. Fantastic payrate up to £46 per hour! Lead, supervise, and support social workers and practitioners to maintain high-quality practice. Provide management oversight on complex cases, risk assessments, and decision-making. Ensure statutory duties are met for CIN, CP, LAC, and other CWD-related processes. Oversee timely and effective assessments, planning, and reviews to meet children’s needs. Promote multi-agency collaboration with health, education, and SEND partners. Monitor team performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and professional standards.

Support staff development through supervision, coaching, and reflective practice. Contribute to service improvement and development of CWD pathways and processes. Requirements of this role Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
